Your Comprehensive Evaluation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about your dental needs, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your comprehensive evaluation, we will:

Review your dental and medical history forms
- Perform a Comprehensive Evaluation which includes Full mouth x-rays (18) (90 minutes)
- Treatment Plan Review
- We are a Fee for Service Office meaning we do not accept payment from dental insurance companies. However we can help you with everything you need to file a claim with your own insurance company.
